What is Rapid Transformation Therapy (RTT)?

RTT is a powerful, neuroscience-based therapy technique that combines elements of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Hypnotherapy, and other therapeutic approaches to create a unique and effective method of reshaping unwanted beliefs, emotions, and behaviours. RTT is designed to quickly identify and address the root cause of problems, enabling fast, deep, and lasting change.

How does it work?

RTT works by accessing the subconscious mind and reshaping limiting or negative thought patterns and beliefs.Through a combination of guided imagery, hypnosis, and other techniques, RTT identifies the root cause of the issue at hand and reframes lived experiences to adopt new healthy and beneficial beliefs. This breaks unwanted cycles of behaviour and promotes lasting, optimal change.

What happens during an RTT session?

During a session I will guide you to enter a relaxed state through a series of visualization and hypnosis techniques that will help you access your subconscious mind, where we will review scenes from your life that have everything to do with the origin of your beliefs, deeper insights that are driving your current emotions, patterns, and behaviors. You will have control at all times and will remember your session when it ends. Looking at these scenes from your current perspective, we will analyze them and give new meaning to your experiences, thus removing any irrational or limiting beliefs that you may have formed as a child or during a certain time in your life. After reviewing the information we find in your subconscious mind, we will work together to understand what it means to you and we will work on it so that you can free yourself from what you no longer need and thus make room for new suggestions and beliefs that are beneficial, healthy and empowering, and that help you get what you want for yourself and your life.

How will I feel during an RTT session?

The feelings and sensations can vary from person to person, but the most common one is a feeling of deep relaxation, intense concentration, calm and tranquility. Some people feel like they experience light sleep, others feel heaviness in the body. Some people say they feel weightlessness or as if they were floating. No matter how you feel, keep in mind that there is not one single rule to follow: the sensations in your body are not indicators of how effective the session is, and the results will be equally good regardless of your personal experience.

Are the sessions confidential?

Completely. All the information revealed in the sessions as well as the written records belonging to these sessions are treated as confidential, in accordance with the professional code of ethics. The only circumstance in which confidentiality may be breached is if a person is believed to pose a risk or danger to themselves or others. In this case, the obligation is to inform the appropriate authorities to guarantee the safety of the person. However, these circumstances are unlikely to arise and if they do arise, they would be discussed first.

Are online sessions just as effective?

90% of my sessions are online as I work with clients from all over the world. Video call sessions are as effective as face-to-face sessions and have the added advantage of being done from the comfort of your home.

How many RTT sessions will I need?

The number of sessions required will depend on the person and the nature of the problem being addressed. Most clients notice a significant improvement and/or resolve the issue after just one session, as this technique, unlike other conventional therapies, goes directly to the reasons why we feel or react the way we do. My job is to draw up a personalized treatment plan that is as effective as possible based on your individual needs and the goals you want to achieve.

Is this therapy safe?

Yes. All the techniques I use are safe and non-invasive therapy techniques. They are based on established therapeutic principles and based on neuroscientific experience.

Who can benefit from RTT?

RTT can benefit anyone looking to improve their emotional, physical and mental well-being or who want to significantly improve their personal or professional performance and quality of life. It is particularly effective for those who have tried other forms of therapy or coaching without success or are looking for a faster and more powerful approach to achieving their goals.

What if I can't get into a state of hypnosis?

You will. As long as you want to be, you will be able to get into it. Hypnosis is a normal and habitual state that we experience on a daily basis, we can easily enter this state when we are watching a movie, reading a book, playing an instrument, dancing or when we put on autopilot when driving back home. As you can see with these examples it is an easy, pleasant and relaxing process.

Do I need to prepare in any way for an RTT session?

There is no specific preparation necessary. If your session is online, you must ensure that you are in a calm, comfortable and distraction-free environment during your session.

What can I expect after a session?

Each person is different but the most common feeling after a session is that of feeling relaxed and at peace. You will notice a feeling of liberation, understanding, empowerment, and a change in your thought and behaviour patterns. It is important to allow these changes to settle and allow your body and mind to continue the release process over the next few days. After the session, you will receive a recording that you will listen to for at least 21 days. The mind learns by repetition and by listening to these suggestions every day you will be reprogramming your mind with thought habits that will lead you to the correct feelings, beliefs and habits to achieve your purpose. This is why RTT works so well for breaking habits like smoking and all kinds of addictions, as well as working fantastically well with problems of lack of confidence, low self-esteem, depression, anxiety, stress and other disorders.

Will I lose control during a hypnosis session?

No. Hypnosis is not a state of unconsciousness or loss of control. During a hypnosis session, you remain aware and in control of your thoughts and actions, and you always have the power to accept or reject any suggestion made to you. Hypnosis simply helps you access your subconscious mind and gives you a greater ability to focus on specific thoughts and feelings.

Can I get "stuck" in a state of hypnosis?

No. It is impossible to get "stuck" in a state of hypnosis. At all times you remain aware and in control of your thoughts and actions. You can even move freely, get up to get what you need or open your eyes and wake up if you wish.

When will I start to notice changes in me after my RTT session?

There are three types of changes in Rapid Transformation Therapy since each person is different, and the combination of the three is also possible: - Immediate: you experience emotional relief and noticeable and positive changes immediately after the session, emotionally, cognitively and physically. - Incremental: You see consistent changes every day or over time and a progressive decrease in physical and emotional symptoms associated with the treated issue. - Retroactive: You don't see changes right away and one day you suddenly look back and see all the things that have changed in your life.
