In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 and the  Recommendations and Instructions issued by the Spanish Data Protection Authority (AEPD), Carmen Sánchez Iglesias  as the  Data Controller, INFORMS YOU about the following considerations:  

• Personal data requested and provided by you, are incorporated in a file, whose controller and recipient is Carmen Sánchez Iglesias. 

• Only those data strictly required to provide the service may be necessary to collect contact data from third parties, such as legal representatives, guardians, or dependents designated by them.  

• As health professionals, we measure that all the data collected is confidential and complies with the legally established security measures. These data will not be transferred or processed by third parties (natural or legal) without the prior consent of the patient, guardian or legal representative, except in those cases where it is essential for the proper provision of the service.   

• Once the contractual relationship between the company and the client is finished, data will be filed and kept, for a minimum period of five years from the last visit, after which they will remain archived or fully returned to the patient or legally authorized person.    

• With the purpose of managing the medical treatment, issuing invoices, procedures related to the patient, contact, consent forms etc.  

• You can exercise your right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability and object, through a writing request sent to Carmen Sánchez Iglesias with the registered office at: Carrer Del Rei Pere El Cerimoniós, 59, Bajo 1, 08800 - Vilanova I La Geltrú (Barcelona). 

• The personal data provided by you may be transferred by Carmen Sánchez Iglesias to those entities that provide services to it.

In addition, you express consent in relation to the following purposes:  

• Carmen Sánchez Iglesias can send me informative communications by e-mail, SMS, or instant messaging services such as WhatsApp, to keep me updated in relation to its own activities and because of the contracted services, send me appointment reminders, and reports referred to the assistance service agreed between both parties.  

• Carmen Sánchez Iglesias can send me commercial communications electronically (e-mail, SMS or WhatsApp), on promotions and news from our products and services that may be of interest.
