By submitting the testimonial form, I agree to the following terms:

I accept that Carmen Sánchez Iglesias may use, reproduce, distribute and disseminate the information in my Testimonial (and/or photographic/videographic image), and I acknowledge that my Testimonial may be distributed to the public for purposes that include, but are not limited to, advertising, promotions and press coverage.

2. I understand that I am not entitled to compensation for or for the use of this Testimonial (and/or photographic/videographic image).

3. I waive any right to payment for the use of the Testimonial (and/or photographic/videographic image) except for use beyond the purpose established in Paragraph 1 of this Communication.

4. I have the right to revoke this Waiver at any time by giving written notice of my revocation.

5. I understand and approve the release of testimonial information (and/or photographic/videographic image) and any information contained herein in your public relations efforts.

6. I waive the right to prior approval and hereby release Carmen Sánchez Iglesias from any claim for damages of any kind in the use of this Testimonial or information in this Testimonial (and/or photographic/videographic image).

7. This Release is subject to applicable law and the jurisdiction of the European courts.

Data protection declaration

To comply with the applicable GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) / Data Protection Regulation, Carmen Sánchez Iglesias needs explicit permission to process, store and use any of your personal data for marketing purposes.

Consequently:

I also understand that I have the right to access this personal data held by Carmen Sánchez Iglesias and, where appropriate, make requests, including the correction or deletion of my personal data.

 

By signing this form, I consent to any personal data contained in the Testimonial being shared publicly by Carmen Sánchez Iglesias and stored in accordance with the applicable GDPR/Data Protection Regulation.
